Well, for one, the company could pay me when you know you owe me. I have been asking you if I had a duplicate to get account because when I deposit money, it doesnt go in my account and then when I get onto sign in, it tells me to go through Google and so I thought that maybe that was a like a duplicate account or something but so you wait until I win to tell me you cant give it to me because I have a duplicate account. How wrong is that that is so wrong you couldve told me when I deposited all that money you need to give me my cash out you need to at least give me my money back you get that much money every freaking day thats a once in a lifetime thing for me and I need my payout.

So I was playing the casino game online, MCluck, which I've been playing for the last six months. My brothers played it a lot and got money from them, so I know it's a good site.

A few days back, I put $75 in, and then probably another $75 on there. The second time I wound up winning, I kept playing different games. I won about $1,400; you can see in the pictures I sent you. So I went to cash out.

It had me take a picture of my ID and a picture of me to verify who was playing. Then, all of a sudden, it locked me out and told me I needed to contact customer service. I've been trying to contact them for over a week now, and I have had no luck. I can't get any response.

I just want to know what's going on. I saw something about a duplicate account, but that's not right. So that's about where I'm at now. My next step is, I guess, to contact my family's lawyer and go from there, which I wasn't trying to do because I like playing their game on their platform, and honestly, most of the money probably would have gone back to them.

So if I can get this resolved without having to go that way, I would love to. Any help with getting in contact with somebody would be greatly appreciated. I sent you pictures of my winnings and what it says when I try to log in. I'm not sure what to do, but it's a horrible feeling when you feel like somebody has got you and took your money, and it was a big scam.

I think I said it enough times before my experiences with McLaren mostly *** I'm still I have $50 in limbo but they have not gotten in touch with me. It happened on December 22.

It's now January 1. It's a long time for Money to just be in limbo. But you guys don't give a *** right why is this not taken care of yet? Instead, I got so many of these *** stock *** emails say the same *** on them.

Guys you aren't the only game in town. People will come to you but people believe also once they see how customer services and how little respect you have for the consumer.

I can name five off the top of my head that I would recommend before recommending anyone to come to your site. You guys just don't give a ***

They suckered you in with big hits. Then nothing.

Leveled up tiers to get the most but just the opposite. For instance, tonight I spent 500 and played 2.00 bets, no bonuses or any real hits. I know it's gambling, but come on. Better chances of being hit by lightning.

And customer service. Wait an hour and they say it's gambling.
